The students must arrive at the school at least five minutes before the first bell. Late comers will be sent back home.
The school reserves to itself the right to dismiss pupils whose punctuality, diligence or progress in study is consistently unsatisfactory, who are over-aged, whose conduct is harmful to others, or whose guardians show little or no interest in the progress of their wards.
No child will be excused from games, drill, etc unless a Medical Certificate is produced.
During school hours, no student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher. Written permission of the Principal or Supervisor is required for a student to leave the premises of the school, during school hours.
No pupil will be called to answer phone cads during class hours.
No sale of any kind and no collection for any purpose whatsoever, ispermitted.
No Books (other than text books and school liarary books) may be brought to school.
The school is not responsible for articles lost. It is not permitted to bring valuable articles such as expensive watches, fountain pens, gold ornaments etc to the school. Books and other belongings should be marked with the name and class.
Any kind of damage done in the school premises will have to be made good.
All pupils should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. On class days and at school functions the children are expected to wear the uniform prescribed for the season.
Refinement of manners, habits of obedience, order, punctuality and neatness in person and dress are expected at all times.
The Behaviour, conduct and manners of the students in school, in society, during tours and picnic must be good and upto the mark and in obedience with teachers, superiors, management and with others. The school or management does not take any responsibility for the default leading to any trouble, difficulty, mishap or injury.
Proper care will be taken of all the students taking part in any picnic, excursions or sports. The school authority will not be held responsible for any unforeseen or unfortunate incident that may take place due to any reason. Parents will allow their wards to take part in these activities at their own risk and responsibility.
No visitors will be permitted to see students, during class hours. NO STUDENT will be sent home even if some urgent need arises unless a duly authorised person comes to fetch her/him with a note-of authority from the parents or guardians, the same is to be submitted to the Principal.
Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school authority by going through and countersigning the remarks and notes sent by the teachers or the Principal.
Parents and guardians are requested not to enter the class-room or talk to the teachers when they are engaged with their class. Any observation or complaints should be made directly to the Principal. The teachers too are not to entertain any body during the class without written permission from the Principal.
No gift to staff members in any form will be given without prior permission of the Principal.
Students are required to follow the discipline rules set by the School from time to time.
Every student as well as his/her parents/guardians will be solely responsible for the behaviour of the student inside or outside the school premises. Ihe decision of the Principal in case of any such misbehaviour either inside or outside school will be final, which includes even dismissal from the school on grounds of misbehaviour.
Students are not supposed to touch electric fan, lights, loud speakers/electric wires etc as this is very dangerous and may lead to unwarranted accidents. Students are strictly warned against this and the school will not be held responsilbe for such accidents. If any defect or leakage is noticed, the same should be notified immediately to the teacher or the Principal.
Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged.
No student must misbehave, quarrel fight or injure other students.
No student is permitted to bring any newspaper, magazine, reading matter, mobile or any kind of games in the school. Any student bringing such things will be punished and the object will be forfeited.
Students or parents gathering the signature doing some group activity against the management trying to bring pressure on school or management will be considered seriously and dealt with very strictly leading to dismissal or removal from the school. Such activity is strictly prohibited.
While issuing the forms for S.S.C., H.S.C or any other examination, the decision taken by the Principal will be final and binding to all.
Any kind of change in the name, surname, or birth date etc. has to be done according to the rules, regulations and the procedure laid down from time to time.
Care must be taken for all school property. No child should scratch or spoil the desk, wall or any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in anyway damage things belonging to others.
